For people running more than one hustle

Know what your side hustles actually made.

HustleBoard works out what each of your hustles really kept — after its own monthly bills and after the gear you bought for it — and keeps your credit-card dates straight while it's at it. No account, no bank login, nothing sent anywhere.

Four questions it answers

The same four questions you ask yourself every month, answered in sentences instead of spreadsheets.

Real profit, per hustle

Sales minus costs is the easy part. HustleBoard also makes each hustle pay its own monthly bills and pay back the gear you bought for it, so "profit" means money you actually kept.

Bills and equipment, paid back

The $190 storage unit. The card scanner you bought in March. HustleBoard shows how much of each is covered this month, and the day the gear is finally paid off.

Which card to pay, and when

Card issuers report your statement balance around the closing date, not the due date. The Credit Coach turns your own dates into a short, dated list of what to pay.

Can I afford it?

Cash you have, minus what's already spoken for. The wishlist then puts a date on each thing you want instead of a maybe.

How it works

Four of the screens, and the kind of sentence each one writes for you.

The money waterfall

Each hustle earns, then pays: this month's bills first, then whatever's left goes toward paying back equipment, and the remainder is real profit. You pick the order.

When a bill is only half covered it says so — "First $120 went to the storage unit — $70 still to cover" — instead of quietly counting the shortfall as profit.

Storage Flips September

This month Storage Flips made $310.00 after costs.

  • First $190.00 covered the storage unit ✅
  • Then $120.00 went toward paying back the card scanner
  • $238.50 still to go on the card scanner
An example. HustleBoard writes this sentence from your own numbers.

A price book you build once

Tap through to the job you're quoting and it tells you what the part cost last time, what you charge, and what you keep. Save the buy link with it so you're not hunting for the supplier again.

Start a job from the same screen and those numbers follow it through to the sale.

A Credit Coach that stays free

Add a card's closing day, due day and limit, and you get dated to-dos in plain words — what to pay, on which card, by when, and why.

It's educational only. No score predictions, no credit repair, and no connection to your bank: every number comes from what you typed. The whole Coach is free for everyone and always will be.

This week 3 to do
  • Pay $603.00 on Main Card by Sep 19 so it reports 5%
  • Pay the $388.00 statement balance on Travel Card by Oct 2
  • Put the storage unit on Main Card — it closes Sep 20, so you'd have until Nov 15 to pay

Educational only. Not credit repair or financial advice. Confirm with your issuer.

An example. Cards are named whatever you call them.

Safe to spend

One number on the home screen: what's in your spendable accounts, minus the bills and card statements due in the next 30 days, minus the buffer you set.

The wishlist uses the same maths, so each thing you want gets a date rather than a shrug — and a business item is funded from that hustle's own profit.

$412.18

$1,840.00 in checking, minus $1,327.82 of bills and card statements due before Oct 19, minus your $100 buffer.

Everything stays on your phone

No account, no bank login, nothing sent anywhere. There is no HustleBoard server to send it to.

Nothing to sign up for

There's no email, no password and no profile. You open the app and start typing. Nothing to forget, nothing to leak.

It never touches your bank

No Plaid, no card linking, no read-only connection. Every figure in HustleBoard is one you entered. It stores a card nickname and the last 4 digits — never a card number or a login.

Your backups are yours

Anything leaves the phone only when you export a backup or a spreadsheet yourself and choose where to put it. That export is free for everyone, because it's your data.

This page doesn't track you either

No cookies, no analytics, no fonts, scripts or images loaded from anybody else. The whole site is this page, one stylesheet and one icon. (Our web host keeps ordinary server logs, the way every website does.)

The long version is on the privacy page.

What it costs

HustleBoard is free to use. HustleBoard Pro is an optional upgrade that lifts the limits: unlimited hustles, unlimited inventory and price book, advanced reports, and no ads.

The Credit Coach, bills, your wishlist, Face ID lock and backups of your own data are free for everyone — Pro or not.

Pro isn't on sale yet. When it is, prices and renewal terms will be shown before you pay, and they're also written out on the terms page.
